A custom internal estimation platform for SWDC's data center tender workflow. It ingests drawings, 3D/CAD/Revit/BIM files, BOQs, price databases, and vendor quotes, extracts structured quantities, applies SWDC engineering thumb rules to infer items that are not explicitly drawn, normalizes BOQs across Excel formats, and matches line items to historical rates and supplier quotes. Deep analysis computes cable and tray weights, logistics volume, amperage, cooling to kW, and megawatt-basis summaries to justify bids. Every AI output carries a source or rule citation and a confidence score, and anything commercially or engineering-sensitive routes to a human approval queue.
